Product warranty
Products have a 1-year warranty (2-year warranty for radio modems). The warranty applies to components and workmanship for a 12-month period as of product delivery (24-month period for radio modems) by return shipment to workshop, except for following accessories: antennas, cables, connectors and power supplies.
On receiving the unit with a valid RMA number the unit will be inspected and tested with the fault logged to the company product database. The fault may be corrected and the unit returned to the customer within 1 week.
