One RF Technology has developed a warranty, service and repair strategy that allows a first class cost effective service to be provided to the distributors and direct customers.

In the event of a unit failing in the field, One RF Technology will do its best to provide the customer with a proper solution as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Phone & Email Support

When necessary, the customers may call our telephone support at +33 (0)4 97 21 33 10 or send an Email to support@one-rf.com. An evaluation of the default will be realised and a solution will be provided online if possible.

In case the unit needs to be repaired, the company will allocate a Returns Material Authorisation number (RMA) against which warranty, service and repair operations will be carried out. The company uses a database to authorise and track all warranty, service and repair operations.
