Specification
One RF Technology works closely with the customer to set up the specification for the required project or design. This specification outlines the technical requirements, the methodology and milestones.
Engineering Pre-Study
The engineering pre-study typically involves some prototyping and simulation to evaluate any engineering solutions or to test other parameters such as temperature or manufacturing sensitivity.
Circuit Phase
Electrical schematics, parts list and hardware technical description are produced and reviewed against a formal procedure.
PCB Design Phase
A PCB layout is made up from the netlist of the schematics. The output files format (gerber) is recognized by most manufacturers.
Test and Debugging
One RF Technology has first class test and diagnostic facilities that allow rapid test and debugging of any design.
Pre-certification
One RF Technology will assist its customers for the certification of its developed products to be compliant with the standard and regulation.
Functional test and Traceability
One RF Technology also designs automatic test benches to validate performances of all products. A specific application software is developed to operate these equipments. This software allows a complete traceability of each module produced (Receipt date, Test measurement diary, Shipment, Warranty).
