µTinyOne ZigBee 2.4 GHz OEM RF module
One RF Technology offers a low-cost ZigBee solutions based on the TI CC2430 System on Chip (SoC). Being a very small-sized SMD component, µTinyOne occupies only 26 x 15 mm of space and it is about 3 mm high. It has 1 mW output power, -90 dBm sensitivity and it consumes less than 5 µA on stand-by. Soon available with or without an integrated antenna, µTinyOne offers engineers the optimum choice for low-cost ZigBee integration into battery operated applications. It will be available for purchase in Q4 2007
